Our Boot Camp Fitness Training Timetable contains 20 weekly sessions for you to choose from. NOTE: You DO NOT have to pre book sessions, neither do we insist you always train at the same sessions each week.
Once you're a member you just train as much as you like, when it suits YOU!
Morning Sessions (Monday to Friday) | 06.30 and 09.30 |
Evening Sessions (Monday to Thursday) | 18.30 |
Weekend Sessions (Saturday and Sunday) | 09.00 |
Training Location
We meet on Chiswick Common, just outside the Rocks Lane tennis and football centre. (Chiswick Common is the ground just behind the Marks & Spencer on Chiswick High Road).
